Valve Repair

Timproxy have the capabilities to carry out valve overhauls and upgrades to every type, size and class of valve.
We also have an experienced Engineering Team with a depth of valve knowledge consisting of Valve Engineers, Design Engineers and Metallurgists. This Team provide all the required technical service for the overhaul and refurbishment division.

Valve Testing
Timproxy have the facilities to undertake the following testing IAW industry standards:
Hydrostatic Testing
Nitrogen/Helium Gas Testing (under water if necessary)
Cryogenic Testing
Mass Spectrometer Testing

Valve Modifications
Timproxy Engineers carry out regular modifications and conversions to meet changing plant requirements.

Field Services
Timproxy have a pool of expert Valve Technicians who are available to work on site, either for single in line valve overhauls or more complex plant shutdowns within site workshops. We can also provide mobile workshops for on site work.

PSV Recertification

 At TIMPROXY we offer onsite testing, recertification, repair and inventory management to our clients’ valve requirements. We can deliver a range of services from turn-key to simple gap-filling to complement and/or supplement our clients’ existing integrity management programme.

Our specialist personnel deliver onsite re-certification of PSVs through mobile testing and repair containers which are capable of testing valves from any manufacturer, at any facility either onshore or offshore. Our offshore workshop containers include a PSV testing facility capable of testing conventional and pilot relief valves.

 We also deliver field testing and repair of valves, in-situ PSV re-certification and valve inventory management.
